Just like our farming family, our worker bees tend to be overachievers. They weren’t hired to make honey, they’re here for the important stuff: pollinating our coffee and macadamia trees and generally keeping the farm buzzing. The honey? That’s just a happy side-effect of bees living their absolute best lives.

With coffee blossoms and macadamia flowers right on their doorstep, our bees are basically living in an all-inclusive floral paradise. What they don’t use, they leave behind for us and that gift becomes our raw, unfiltered honey. Nothing added, nothing taken away, just pure goodness straight from the hive. Consider it nature’s bonus for doing things the right way.
