Return and Refund Policy for Foothills Coffee

 At Foothills Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, please email us at careltburger@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

 

 Refunds

 Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

 

 Shipping 

Shipping costs for returns will be at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs. Please note that we outsource our shipping and that shipping over long weekends may take longer than expected, depending on the shipping company's policy. We are a family run farm and sometimes delays are inevitable, but generally we try to ship your order within 2 working days and the delivery will take 2-3 working days, it may be longer for outskirt or rural areas.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at careltburger@gmail.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at careltburger@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
